A & L Entertainment Community’s innovative theatrical events can fundraise thousands of dollars while entertaining the community and providing students a unique learning and performance experience.
What make our events groundbreaking is the combination of widespread entertaining appeal to the community, the distinctive student experience and the ability to raise a lot of money coupled with the expertise of A & L’s Broadway team who actually help you market and sell tickets.
Your students are key to our immersive events. They will perform as the characters in the event, act as guides for the groups and the tech students will actually run the special effects. A great learning experience
Our theatrical fundraiser events are unlike anything else! Not only do the fundraising events help increase your ability to raise money but we entertain the community and provide a unique educational and performance opportunity at the same time.
SCHOOLS NEVER PAY US ANYTHING. While we are not a charity you will NEVER pay us. licensing fees, etc.
In fact you will not send us money at all. We cover our costs of sending you the scenery, the special effects etc by splitting the profits with you. This split also covers our cost of the staff we assign to help you raise more money by advertising and engaging with the broader community.
That is correct - our events have no cost. You will never get a bill from us for anything. Ever. No licensing fees, no shipping cost and no rentals.
Our events raise money and help you fund your musicals and plays or make them even more grand!
Participating students can learn new skills by having the experience of participating in an immersive event.
Our events are 15-30 for audiences meaning less rehearsing for your students than a traditional musical/play while having a big if not bigger monetary raise.
Hosting a theatrical event raises money for your program! More money means being able to provide more amazing expereinces for your students.
The community gets to attend an innovative Disney-like event unlike anything else while benefiting the schools in their neighborhood.
Our Broadway experts will be on-site and work side by side with your students providing a once-in-a-lifetime learning opportunity.
Our Immersive Theatrical Fundraiser packages are available in two different variations – 360 Fundraisers and DIY Fundraisers.
Our Adventures 360 packages are complete. A & L staff is with you every step of the way. We provide you the story, the scripts, ship you the scenery, the special effects and the audio equipment.
We share the profits with you to offset our costs.
We send staff to help set it up and teach the students. You supply the auditorium and the cast/crew.
Our Adventures NEVER cost your school any money. We cover our costs by sharing the profits with you.
We ship you the scenery, the special effects and the show control gear.
Our experts work on-site with your students to tech the event at your school.
DIY Theatrical Fundraisers are for the school with an advanced technical ability and access to their own professionals who are experienced in disciplines like projections, theatrical carpentry and computer control systems.
We share the profits with you, but a smaller percentage.
We supply the script, the plans and the files for the effects. You supply the equipment, build the set and provide the venue plus cast/crew.
Our Adventures NEVER cost the school any money. We cover our costs by sharing the profits with you.
We will send special effects files and the script. You provide the projectors, scenery, sound equipment etc based on your interpretation of our story within the framework of our special effects.
A & L Entertainment Community experts will be with your team to guide and advise on advertising and community engagement.

Fall 2021
Our Haunted Mine Adventure brings a mining town to life in your theatre. 7 different locations including inside of the mine are included. The adventure boasts special effects like a collapsing mine, a mineshaft car ride, ghosts making footprints in the dirt, and more. Keep your audiences on edge as they learn about the Black Arachna Copper mine.

Perfect for the Fall of 2021, our Haunted Adventure fundraisers are so much more than just a haunted house.
Instead our family-friendly Adventures focus on an intricate story and are a mixture of a Disney-ride, a traditional haunted house and a ghost walk. Your students are the characters and also act as guides. Tech students run the special effects!
A & L is now accepting applications for this inaugural haunted event.

Community is a new way for schools and non-profit institutions to raise money for themselves while providing amazing & immersive theatrical events in their communities.

For each event, A & L supplies an outline of how to produce the event. From the script, to the scenery, to the special effects, to an experienced team ready to help you succeed, we supply everything you need to ensure your event is a spectacle certain to raise funds.
You simply provide the talent and a space to put the event on in for your fundraiser event.
