Our Immersive Haunted Adventures are best described as if Disney had crossed a haunted house, a ghost tour and a theatrical play.

In our Haunted Adventures, the stories are the key. Told in a theatrical way, our adventures keep guests on edge while wowing them with advanced special effects.

Engage the community with a brand new type of experience attracting people who might not otherwise attend a musical or a bake sale. Increased community engagement leads to more money raised for your school.  

Entertain

The community will depart the lobby in groups of 15-20 with your costumed students acting as guides escorting groups seamlessly through the action of the Adventure. There is no sitting and waiting for something to happen as the groups walk through the scenes which unfold around all around them. 

Your students are also the performers presenting the story throughout the adventure. Guests are treated to real 3d sets with high-tech special effects where projected ghosts haunt, footprints appear in the sand and bodiless arms walk around with lanterns giving visitors a startle.

Our Adventures 360 packages are complete. A & L staff is with you every step of the way. We provide you the story, the scripts, ship you the scenery, the special effects and the audio equipment.

We send staff to help set it up and teach the students. You supply the auditorium and the cast/crew.

We share the profits with you to offset our costs.

  • No Cost to you

    Our Adventures NEVER cost the school any money. We cover our costs by sharing the profits with you.

  • Everything is included

    We ship in the scenery, the special effects, the audio equipment and the show control gear. You provide the venue, cast/crew & lights.

  • Our Experts supporting you

    We send our expert tech's to help you tech and assemble the effects, scenery etc. They also work side by side with your students to teach them what they know.

    Our advertising and outreach staff will guide you and help with advertising and community engagement to ensure success.

Haunted Adventure DIY

Adventure DIY are for the school with an advanced technical ability and access to their own professionals who are experienced in disciplines like projections, theatrical carpentry and computer control systems. We supply the script, the plans and the files for the effects. You supply the equipment, build the set and provide the venue plus cast/crew.

We share the profits with you, but a smaller percentage.

  • Great for DIY Schools

    We will send special effects files and the script. You provide the projectors, scenery, sound equipment etc based on your interpretation of our story within the framework of our special effects.

  • A & L Advertising Support

    A & L Entertainment Community experts will be with your team to guide and advise on advertising and community engagement.

How much can I raise?

The idea for a fundraising company has been tested and proven itself in a small-scale proof of concept.

The concept event was a traditional Haunted House – all low tech.  Even with limited reach and little advertising, the drama club profits $4,000-6,000 per year.

As an example – If you were to run the Haunted Adventure for 4 hours a night x 3 nights a week, for two weekends, that would be a total of 24 opened hours. At $10 each and 5 groups of 20 an hour, the event would generate $24,000. A longer run equals more money.

How much does it cost?

SCHOOLS NEVER PAY US ANYTHING. While we are not a charity you will NEVER paying us licensing fees, etc.

We cover our cost of sending you scenery & effects by splitting the profits with you.

How does A & L you make money?

The primary purpose of A & L Community is to help raise funds for your organization. The Haunted Adventure achieves this by supplying a pre-packaged immersive show for organizations allowing them to raise funds without the costs and expenses of self-producing something like a musical. With A & L there are no costs or expenditures  that you might find with putting on a musical or a play such as rights licenses, sets or musicians etc.

Why a Haunted Adventure instead of traditional fundraisers?

Wide Appeal

While bake-sales, doughnut fundraisers , car washes or cabarets are great they all suffer from a single issue that limits the how much money can be raised – limited reach. 

The people who are most likely to attend a cabaret, or a the bake sale are patrons of the arts, specifically likely your organization already. This limited reach limits the fundraising availability of the event. The advantage to our approach with pre-packaged events is their wider appeal. The family from your community that attends a haunted adventure, wont necessarily come to the spring musical.

Wider appeal means more money raised!

A bonus?

As an added bonus, in addition to raising money for your organization, something like the Haunted Adventure is a great opportunity for your students or organization members to put on a different type of a show.

 

Our NYC based experts can teach your folks how to produce an event, how to apply special effects, scenery construction and installation and more. 

 

A real educational opportunity without cost to your organization. 

For one lucky winning organization we will bring our Haunted Mine Adventure to your school in the fall of 2021 – FREE.

Our staff will tech this attraction side by side with you and your students. The winner will get to use the event as their fundraiser for your arts program!

In a word: limitless!

 

For something like the Haunted Adventure, we will work with you to best determine the optimal ticket price for your area…. Maybe its $10 per person.

That money would then be split. (please see the next toggles)

Nothing.

 

We charge your organization nothing ever. Instead and in order to help us cover the costs of sending you scenery, the special effects, writing the scripts and our awesome support staff, A & L splits the profits with host organizations. 

 

That split helps us cover the cost of building and shipping the scenery to you, the special effects we provide and helps us pay our artists and staff who are there to support you from start to finish.

Each event we prepackage and help you to produce has different costs for us associated with it. Something like the Haunted Adventure requires us to write the script, build and send you scenery, ship special effects packages to you and more.

 

To cover our costs for this, and to keep providing amazing future events, A & L takes 75% of the proceeds until its costs to produce the event are covered. You take 25% for your organization. Once our costs are covered, then we split any profits 50/50. 

 

This model allows us to assume all financial risk for producing this event while helping you raise money. As an amazing added bonus, your students get to learn from our pros and put together another type of show. A great educational experience!

Your organization provides the location (an auditorium for example) and the talent! The haunted adventure requires a cast and a big one! The more people in the show the easier fundraising is! While we provide a script, there is no limit to the number of people who can partake. 

 

Additionally to make the event as successful as possible, “boots on the ground” to do things like advertise (hanging flyers, working with local businesses to promote etc) with our guidance.  We will also rely on you to provide the lighting instruments from your stock and things like tables chairs etc for aux support.

 

Lastly organizations participating would be responsible for any costs associated with the usage of your theatre or auditorium(security, janitorial staff etc).

A & L Entertainment Community provides the script, the special effects, the scenery and a LOT of advice and assistance along the way. We even help you work with the community to advertise and expand the reach of the adventure to maximize fundraising potential.
